I ran a session for my girls after receiving the training from last year’s peer education conference in Birmingham.
After doing the training I noticed not only my girls (who I go to school with) were spreading the message about the image myth throughout their years and helping their friends, but I’ve been more confident with my body image, and more happy as a person since receiving the training.
I wanna say MASSIVE Thank You to girl guiding for all the opportunities I’ve had through peer education and 4cast.
