The title of my action project is ‘Build Awareness On Body Confidence During Yoga Session’.
The reason I chose yoga for my project is that many people avoid fitness workouts because they worry about their appearance.
People are programmed in a way where they believe that only thin and skinny can do yoga.
Some of them also edit their pictures to look good in a ‘ perfect’ body shape while doing yoga.
To overcome those stereotypes I did a short video.
In my yoga class I gave briefing about my project and we did some yoga postures.
I also interviewed my friend and I get to know the challenges she faced when it comes to body talk.
The message I want to convey is that people with any body shapes and sizes can do fitness workouts like yoga.
